Five dancers move through liminality and longing

On the stage we meet five bodies waiting. They share the room and the waiting time, but are all waiting for something different.

Experiencing Bobbi Jene on a Danish stage is a rare experience. Experiencing her on Edison’s small stage is a sensation.

Jene is trained at the traditional New Yorker school Julliard, but chose to go against her hard-learned muscle memory and accompany the choreographer to the legendary Israeli dance company Batsheva.

For the past ten years, Bobbi Jene has traveled the world as a solo dancer and choreographer with her very special and incredible movement vocabulary.

The play is nonverbal.
